Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is before 11am. We offer self-check-in, so you can arrive at your convenience — even if your flight is delayed. Clear instructions will be sent to you before arrival.
When you arrive at the airport, hop on the L2 tram toward Port Lympia and ride for about 30 minutes. Get off at Garibaldi/Le Château, and don’t forget to tap your travel card when boarding the tram — you’ll need to to exit. From there, it’s just a short 10-minute walk to the apartment.
Unfortunately, there is no elevator. As the apartment is located in a grade-listed building in Old Town Nice, there are four flights of stairs to reach the apartment.
The apartment has two double beds and can comfortably host up to four guests. We also provide a travel cot, which you're welcome to use for babies and young children.

Unfortunately, no. The apartment is in a residential building with full-time neighbours, so we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 9pm and 7am. Thank you for your understanding!
Unfortunately, there is no built-in air conditioning. However, the bedroom lights are equipped with built-in fans, and we also provide portable fans that you can place where needed. Additionally, there are radiators in each bedroom for cooler weather.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook during your stay, including a hob, oven, refrigerator and microwave. We also provide basic cookware, utensils, plates, glasses, cups and child-friendly dishware.
Yes! You'll find bath and hand towels, along with some plush dressing gowns for your comfort. Please ensure these items stay within the apartment during your stay.
Of course! While we encourage you to unplug and enjoy your getaway, we understand that WiFi is essential — especially for sharing your memories (no FOMO allowed!). Yes, you can find paid parking at Palais de Justice or Saleya, both just a 4-minute walk from the apartment. However, we highly recommend taking advantage of Nice’s excellent public transport network — with trams, buses, and trains that make exploring the coastline easy and affordable.
Yes! You’re right in the heart of Old Town Nice, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cozy cafés, and international cuisines. The Cours Saleya market runs daily, and other local markets pop up throughout the week — check out the ‘Nice Recommendations’ or your welcome guide for details. For groceries, you’ll find mini supermarkets in Old Town and more budget-friendly options in the nearby Coeur de Nice.
